Сьогодні вранці, я йшов по старих кварталах нашого міста, які гніздяться в центральній його частині.
Я проходив там сотні разів і кожного разу, я знаходжу щось нове, іноді. потішний, іноді дивне, але цікаве.
Як ви знаєте, будівництво в межах міста, має підкоряться деяким правилам, які іменуються генеральним планом забудови міста.
Згідно з міжнародними угодами, архітектурна спадщина минулих століть захищено законом і не можна зносити старі будинки без вагомих на те причин.
Як каже одна приказка — Правила, закони, існують для того, що б ми навчилися їх обходити.
І, дуже часто, забудовники, знаходять лазівки в законодавстві, що б придбати земельні ділянки поруч з історичним житловим фондом для будівництва багатоповерхових будинків.
На цих фотознімках ви бачите старий будинок 1928 року, до якого, впритул, прибудований багатоповерховий будинок.
Потрібно віддати належне забудовникові, він постарався витримати архітектурний стиль в дусі минулого століття, але, все одно, це виглядає сумно.

This morning, I walked through the old quarters of our city, which nest in the central part of it.

As one saying says - Rules, laws exist in order for us to learn to bypass them.
And, very often, developers find loopholes in the legislation in order to buy land plots next to the historical housing stock for the construction of multi-storey buildings.
In these photographs you can see an old house from 1928, to which a multi-storey building is attached.
We must pay tribute to the developer, he tried to maintain the architectural style in the spirit of the last century, but still, it looks sad.

Як мінімум, забудовник міг пофарбувати будівлю в салатовий, або жовтий колір і цей комплекс, виглядав би більш-менш гармонійно.

Той, хто знайомий з методами будівництва на торфовищах, знає, що, для зміцнення фундаменту, необхідно забивати залізобетонні палі, які повинні впертися у твердий ґрунт.
Такі роботи, поблизу зі старими будівлями, не несуть для другого, нічого хорошого.
Сьогодні, коли в Одесі, почали сипатися старі будинки, як карткові будиночки, через вібрації на будівельних майданчиках по сусідству, особливо, чітко, я розумію ризики такого сусідства з віковими будинками.
Але, все відносно, як говорилося в одній пісні "Але не завалився старий будинок, впав новий, за рогом", і таке, буває.
