Perhaps you should post on a different front end than ecency. Peakd doesn't hide posts that I know of, and also you could just post directly to the hive frontend.

On Peakd only the image is hidden when you click on the post. So, it's quite the same there. But I see your point in trying different frontends. Thank You!
