I will like to thank the freewritehouse and freewriters community for their support, and kudos to pic1000. I always look forward to the weekly picture to see my colleagues excellent writeups and also, it serves as an opportunity for me to share my ideas about the picture too.
WHAT DID I SEE ?
I saw a picture of a bride and a groom with their palms wrapped together, the bride in beautiful white wedding gown and the groom in a shining black suit, standing together.
WHAT DID I FEEL ?
I feel the pleasure of being in love, the peace of mind of starting a new beginning with the one you love and cherish. I feel the intimacy, the joy of having a life partner and the fulfillment of God's commandment.
MY STORY OF THE PICTURE
Emmanuella and Mike have been in a relationship for five years and they both are looking forward to that big day of their lives where they will be on the altar confessing their love for each other with their loved ones applauding. They did their introduction and eight months later, they are ready for the white wedding.
The both families started the preparations and both the groom and the bride to be do the same on their side in getting their wares for themselves and their friends. Everyone is in the celebration mood and after the waiting is over, here comes the big day they've all been waiting for.
Mike is standing in the sanctuary waiting for his beautiful bride, and after a while, a solemn song was played while Emmanuella walked in with her father holding her hand as she walked up to the aisle, with bright smile on Mike's face he couldn't wait any longer but he had no choice. After the program, they were pronounced as husband and wife and in excitement he lifted her up, give her a kiss and dropped her down gently.
He hold her so tightly clamping his palm over hers as they walk out of the sanctuary with their loved ones screaming and shouting with joy. This is the day they both have been waiting for and it successfully come to pass. Mike got married to his best part and Emmanuella got married to her soul mate.
Love is a beautiful thing, it feels good to be in love and it brings pleasure to the heart.
