Ha ha! I love the idea of practicing grape stomping in the off season. That would be a hilarious detail in a novel. A migrant worker doing a city job during the off season keeps a bucket of... what... in his or her apartment bathroom to practice stomping so they can bring their A game when the time comes. Great!
