Kon'nichiwa, Hivers! Let me tell you something, not your typical story but the least believe happy endings, it is not perfect but this is real.
Once upon a long time, like 24 years ago, my favorite love story started and I am the first beautiful blessing in disguise.
In a loud and very noisy corner bar, celebrating Saint Anthony of Padua's feast day. An unknown handsome man named, Henry and a famously beautiful woman in the barangay named, Joe Ann met in the most classical way no one can imagine will last long and will bring a beautiful 4 children.
I will be the Fairy Godmother to share my parent's most amazing story. Henry, supposedly and I know for sure was struck by lightning at first sight. I disagree with love at first because Physical aspects come with our first impression. I hate to say it, but we do a lot of times but as we get to know someone we realized how one can be so much more with fading beauty with a mesmerizing heart. Right at that moment,
A scenic event which will I describe vividly is that Do we still remember the old way of interacting with the classical Disco in our barangay?
They have some ~~disco fences with some vintage way of clothes, which by the way I super duper love up until now. The old melodic song, the fresh air coming from the hill, the little giggle that Filipina ladies used to do, the ancient style of hair for men with strong charismatic ~~and to be honest, I love this traditional Disco so much that I am very much thankful we still do this in our place.
No, this isn't marriage yet, but don't worry soon we will get there unexpectedly. Yes, they danced and get to know each other well. Kindly, imagine the place, it is perfect and very romantic. But I know many of you believe that this kind of love story doesn't last. In contrast, as a Romantic person like me and I know many of you, Hivers are the same. The hidden feeling of us their fans are correct.
Joe Ann is a one-of-a-kind conservative Filipina lady, the typical and traditional gesture. The traditional way of courting long before is very difficult and ask me why?
There was NO CELLPHONE.
But Henry, the man of courage and sincerity pursue my mother. It was hard to explain but their love and destiny really helped them. Love is nothing without Actions, this is what we call LOVE EFFORTS.
THEN, THEY ALL GREW UP BEYOND THEIR PARENTS EXPECTATIONS😍

OUR PARENTS SPOIL US SO MUCH and we are very much LUCKY TO HAVE THEM.😊😍😍
My 18th Birthday was all too pretty prepared and with so much love from mama and papa.😍

My father and mother got married, after the long rejections and many dates Henry prepared but Joe Ann didn't bother to go to. I am the living witness of my parent's love story whose gonna tell you about her own Love story too.
Okay. 😅 I know Hivers, we are all excited. Our love story is the total opposite to my parents, THIS IS THE MODERN TECHNOLOGICAL ERA.
THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED...
In a prestigious University of Teachers (also known as CNU), a man named, Fame Angelo studies, BEEd- Early Childhood Education. As he is scrolling down his newsfeed, a friend of hers posted a Groupie (or as we know, Group Selfie)of her blockmates (classmates from the same specification of study or the major). There are a lot of girls, but one woman caught his attention unintentionally. He did some stalking (or in our language now, he visited the woman's Facebook account). Little did he know about her so he added her.
The very next day, a woman named, Charisse studies, BSEd-English. She loves browsing the internet during her free time and her faves are Facebook and Instagram. There was a trendy post all over Facebook way back in 2014 can you still remember this, " Like my status and I'll give you my number." She is all up to trends in the world of Social Media. Just for fun, she did post this status on her Facebook one day.
Suddenly, one man added her, as friendly as she can be. She welcomes everyone with joy. I accepted his request, never did I thought our love story would sparkle in that one post of mine.
A lot of my friends did like my post but no worries because they already have my number. I am not famous in my Facebook account before, so I only know the people with whom I interacted. One guy, named Angelo liked my post, He is unfamiliar to me of course. So I gave him my number because that is the whole idea of the post. He did text me first and he said, HI 😄 with an emoji of a smile.
THE NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN AND I DIDN'T REPLY AT FIRST.
Then, after many hours that day, I replied, "Who is this, please?" He did reply, "I am the guy you accepted the friend request and liked your post that's why I have your number." Now, I remembered HIM.
It all started there, we do know each other a lot on Cellphone and Facebook but we didn't see each other face to face for how many months. I am shy and he is too.
At first, I really find him ARROGANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. One afternoon, as we were texting, Valentine's day was near during that time. He asked me about my favorite chocolates and I did ask him about his likes too. I never knew he was already planning on meeting me in person that Valentine's Day.
I Kept all the things he gave me since DAY 1.😍😅
And, yeah I took the pictures just now. HEHEThe day came, I was very nervous because I don't communicate with people I don't have connections with like school or maybe Family friends. And I am sure he was too. Just like how he knew me from my closest friend in College. He did ask for help from her with everything with what I like and all. We planned on meeting that afternoon, I waited in the Education building, my friend asked me to come with her and I asked her why. I already have the hint that he is waiting for me there somewhere, but my friend Yanie didn't say the reason at all. So I came with her, as we are walking.
I SAW HIM. I was expecting one chocolate at that time. But he did bring a lot- for me and not only chocolates.And I think, WOW, this is Effort. I can still remember, we agreed on playing Angry Birds by exchanging our phones, which was trending during that time, and I know a lot of you remember that game so much, it was part of our love story.
Many of you think that was all usual for me, but to be honest. It was my first time to be felt so special from someone whom I am not related, It was indeed my first time receiving flowers, chocolates, and a teddy bear from someone whom I thought treated me as a friend, but that was clear, I know he liked me a lot. HEHE, I guess?
He put so much effort in courting me, we would text all day and night, he will go to my classes, he will wait for me, he will help in my studies and everything a woman wants. Everyone in my life knows him so much.
Many people were questioning us about getting back together but I believed faith has brought us back together. We do believe it is, SWEETER THE SECOND TIME AROUND.
After four years of being together, he did propose to me, and a Wedding will happen soon. We believe our love healed all the things we did to our family and friends. The proposal he did was very unusual and my love for him grew even, it was an act of bravery and pureness when he did ask me to marry him and live a life with him forever.
Right in the middle of the night, we went home, he didn't even ready a ring or anything but he asked my hand with complete sincerity with all the love he can offer to my parents. It was my least expected proposal but it was magical and unforgettable. A story I would be telling our children in the future.
P.S: This is my first time sharing the two most favorite LOVE STORY, which no one can find in the book but maybe in my future book.
