There are many miles from where I live to the main market. It is the place where I find the best prices for the vegetables, vegetables and fruits that I need to consume daily. Due to my overweight condition I have to follow that type of special diet. And it corresponds to me to have to look for the most economical prices of those products, because in the town where I live their prices are very high.
And then the inconvenience arises: to get to that far away place I need a vehicle, because it is completely difficult to bring all my purchases using public transport. I would need to pay for a taxi or some service that would allow me to bring all the food home, and that is very expensive, it is a luxury that I cannot afford. Even less today that the economy is so difficult on this side of the world.
It is difficult to have to move great distances without having a vehicle. And I personally believe that even if I had the chance to have it, I would never use it. I am very afraid of driving, but not because I do it badly (in fact I learned to drive years ago), but because of the other drivers, who in a city as hectic as Caracas, surely with the slightest carelessness I could have an accident.
And so I keep it from happening, I'd rather have to keep myself from going too many miles and keep myself safe and secure.
I hope you will be able to figure out how to shop and bring your purchases back from the main market. It sounds like a good market but you have some obstacles to getting there and back.
At the moment given the circumstances, I am forced to buy everything around here, so that seriously depletes my wallet, because all the products come out at a much higher price. So I have to do magic, and manage in an extreme way what I get to earn from my work. This results in buying fewer things to make my money work, but that's life.
Thanks for your motivating words 😎
Sorry - I understand it is tough times but it is great that you are making things work.
