On A Walk 1.25.2024

And so I walk. I try to get up early, but sometimes I get up late. So I maybe walking at different times of the day.

I try to walk all the streets within a 4 block area and one block I may walk around twice. I usually walk an hour or more, but if something comes up, then I may walk less.

I put one of those free pedometer apps on my phone. It is good for counting steps that I didn't think about, just doing shopping or chores.

So at the end of the day before 12 midnight I might just walk from hallway to the living room and then to the kitchen and just keep on repeating that. I do that to get any extra steps in before it is the end of the day. And of course after midnight, it is a new day and any step I make after midnight is counted unto that new day.

I have been passing this one house on my walk and there was a tent around it. They were fumigating the house. I don't ever want to fumigate my house, as the fumigation kills pests like mice and rats and all kinds of crawling things, it may also kill humans or might just make them really sick.

You see I have heard of people fumigating their house only to move in again, and they that had their house fumigated, became sickly. So I don't care what kind of poison they are using to fumigate a house, I will not have it, as poison is poison.

I will also note that near a shrub that is close to the sidewalk, I seen a dead cat. I have been walking near that dead cat everyday, and wonder why a skunk didn't go and eat that cat. There are a lot of skunks in the neighborhood and it seems funny that the cat hasn't been eaten, when I know that skunks will dig up a cat that has been buried, just to eat it.

Maybe the skunk could taste the poison in or on the cat that died. Well, either way, the dead cat is still by the shrub near to the sidewalk.

I won't even let a pest control place spray the ground where my walls or foundation meets. I don't want to pay for any poison in the land.

And so I keep on walking, I past a car which was on blocks and the wheels and tires were missing, but the lug nuts were on the pavement. Someone or some people stole, the tires and wheels of that car. It would cost a lot to replace.

People will steal for money as I would imagine that someone wanted to wheels and tires, just to sell them for some money.

Of course people that steal will not inherit the kingdom of God, as it is written, Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10.

On my walks I seen other things than these, but let's end now, and I will tell of other adventures in walking at another time.
