The story was told of a young man was going in walking alone in the forest in his country home. Perhaps he was a hunter going to hunt in the forest as usual. Unfortunately for him, that day turned out to be different. As he kept getting deeper into the forest, his eyes caught sight of something dangling from a tree, he had to move closer to make sure what he saw was real_ "a human skull?" He gasped! "But how did it get here? What happened? I've never seen one before in my life, this is really weird" he said aloud to himself. But as he stepped backwards to get back on his way, the skull spoke. "My mouth brought me here, you can't tell everyone what you see and hear." the skull said the young man. The man became frightened and took to his heels as fast as he could. People that saw him running out from the forest in an unusual manner held him down so that he could explain what happened.
"A skull spoke to me in the forest", he muttered with a shaky voice.
"That's impossible", one of the men shouted. "Who do you expect to believe such a cheap joke?" Another man asked.
The young man looking like a fool replied them, "I swear, I saw a skull, he spoke to me, I heard it clearly and I'm not lying. I can take you to see it for yourselves and if I'm telling lies, don't let me come back alive".

So the men agreed to follow him into the forest to see the talking skull for themselves. On getting there, the hunter got closer to the skull and spoke to it but it didn't reply. Hw begged the skull skull to speak several times but the skull didn't utter a word.
"Please I beg of you, these men will kill me if you don't say anything. Don't let them take my life, say something..." He pleaded in tears. But the skull was silent.
When the men were tired of being patient, they were full of rage and slew the young man despite all his pleadings. When the men turned around to leave the forest, the skull spoke, it said "I told you that my mouth brought me here. Now we're here together. I hope you've learnt your lesson"
As the men heard those words, they were all afraid and ran out from the forest.
The story, hopefully is still spreading far and wide.
