It's nothing grand but I'm proud regardless, after reading atomic habits decided to tackle some stuff.
Today I rearranged my entire room to associate with certain things more, separated the sleeping area from laptop area & made a little reading/meditating nook.
I looked at a dozen habits and came up with several methods to make things easier.
. Never took my supplements so now I have them by my laptop, seeing as I tend to forget which I took, came up with the idea to move it from the left side of my laptop to the right when I've taken them.
. Can't afford to buy a laundry basket and as a result kept tossing them all over the room > put some cardboard in a straw-based bag to 'reinforce' it, now it's a laundry basket.
. Decided to get a favorite cup, to help me want to drink more and now actually drink 2L water a day now as opposed to 500ml.
. Removed all carpets so I need to vaccuum less.
. Struggled to go easy on gaming, and now for the first time in years haven't played anything for a week. Moved all my games to external HDD and tucked it away, blocked all my fav games on Twitch, & hid distracting suggestions on YT to remove temptations.
. After putting off drawing & finding an accountability partner for so long, finally got started with it.
