What is #zapfic?

Well I was the first to use the hashtag, so I guess I invented it, and I get to decide what it means.

#zapfic is a very short story written in less than 240 characters.

The story must be no more than 240 characters in length (NOT WORDS) - use a character counter to check (here is one: https://wordcounter.net/). If your story has more than 240 characters it will NOT be considered a #ZapFic

The story must be your own work, and previously unpublished

If you post a photo (you don't have to, there are no "points" for photos, it is all about the story) please make sure you quote the source. If it is yours, say so!

Post your Zapfic to #Hive. _{There are no restrictions on how you post it to the HIVE blockchain. But if you post to the Freewriters Community you will get a reblog and upvote from the @freewritehouse plus an upvote from the hive-161155 account!}

The link to your post must be left in the comment section of this post

The deadline for submissions has PASSED!

The judge’s decision is final (including what constitutes a valid entry)

I've just checked. I saw it when you posted it in the Freewriters community and upvoted and resteemed it.

One of the rules is the link must be in the comments section of new prompt post. I've double checked and yours wasn't there!

Sorry to be a pain, but it is the comments section where I look when I compile the entries at the Tuesday morning and read all the entries (again) and make the decisions on who wins and who doesn't.
