If it is easy to learn depends on the language you speak or better the group your language belongs to. Spanish, French, Italian, and Romanian have a lot in common but if you see the words you will notice although pronounced differently it contains a few thousand words that can be translated into English (or the other way around). With a few thousand words we can communicate, even with less.
