What can someone see in the flames? The future, the past, everything to come. With each log that goes in, the flames reach higher, laughing with every twist of its long fingers, engulfing each item that's thrown in. The heat resonates life.
This week was an interesting one for me, it feels a little bit darker for some reason. Also, trying to describe the fire as a person almost seemed fitting and was fun as well as being a bit of a challenge.
Of course it felt dark. But it also carried the element of...what do the call it? It hit a point within the soul. Darker stories always feel more alive and so real. hehe
