On many occasions we read on Social Networks or even in books (printed or digital) about the so-called "Comfort Zone".
However, we rarely stop to reflect on its impact on our lives.
The Comfort Zone is not a physical place, it is a psychological state.
Being in a Comfort Zone produces the illusion of being in a safe and calm "space" (a mental situation in which we feel comfortable, without anxiety, without stress). However, the price of that "pleasant" feeling is giving up the possibility of continuous personal growth.
This psychological state of immobility (of non-change) prevents us from growing, both in the professional sphere and in our personal life.
For this reason, it is vitally important to focus our efforts on leaving the Comfort Zone.
You have to support on the Willpower and on the Personal Determination to achieve that difficult goal (it is more complicated than it seems).
In summary, the important thing is to identify our Comfort Zone (it is different for each person) and take concrete actions to get out of the aforementioned Zone. You have to go out, move forward, develop, grow.
Achieving this objective helps clear the way to continue advancing in our Personal Development.
