I feel this so much. The whole "la di da" attitude about medical stuff is too real. Like, you go through the motions, they scan you, poke you, prod you, and then just… radio silence on what happens next? Shouldn't they hand you a pamphlet or something that says, "Congrats on your first mammogram! Here's the schedule for the rest of your life"?
And the lump on your head—what a weird thing for your body to just decide, it's wild how we can go about our lives and then bam, random lump. Our bodies are basically unsupervised group projects.
