The rulers of our own little kingdoms

in Freewriterslast year

"Treat people as they are meant to be and help them become all they can be." Goethe.

After all, not only with other people, but also with ourselves, we can act as if we are the best in every area of life, as if we are the greatest miracle of nature. The limit is created in our minds, but in fact, there is no goal that we cannot achieve, as long as it is important to us. If we doubt our abilities, we should remember that we can learn anything. If we are in doubt about difficulties, we should remember that overcoming them will help us become unstoppable. If we are afraid of losing, we should not forget that what we think about most often happens.

See yourself as an all-powerful person and never harm yourself. Only by treating yourself like you are who you should be, will you help yourself become who you can be.

There can be a lot of misfortunes in our life's way: from small ones to very great ones (of course, it's different to each of us what we consider as small or big ones). Is it worth stopping loving ourselves and stopping believing in ourselves because of this?

Often it's easier to feel sorry for ourselves, to underestimate our abilities than to admit that bad things can happen to anyone. And instead better to gather energy, to smile, and even enjoy the fact that we can control our feelings and stop understating ourselves.

What a huge relief to realize that we create ourselves and only we are the rulers of our little kingdoms.
