Why do our fears and anxieties come true?

in Freewriters2 years ago

None of us want something bad to happen. On the contrary, we want everything to be as good as possible, so that good wishes come true. It's just that, for some reason, fears come into our lives more often. Why does it happen the way we don't want it to?

Why do fears come true more often than positive wishes?

Most of the time, our fears and desires travel hand in hand next to each other. Let's say you want to be noticed, or you want to win a competition, or finish a project on time, you are usually very excited and afraid that you will fail, that something will go wrong at the same time. You are afraid that no attention will be drawn to you, that a relative of the organizers will win the competition, or that the project will be poor. Not only that, but you also often imagine worst-case scenarios in your imagination, feeling everything in detail, always thinking about the bad thing that could happen to you. You are afraid that you will be fired from your job, or that your loved one will leave you. You keep imagining how painful and sad it will be. You feel anxiety, sadness, fear. And one day, the scenario came true, although there were no real reasons for it at all.

Why don't our wishes come true as quickly and easily?

The answer is simple and leads to the same laws of energy attraction. It doesn't matter if you fear something or desire something. What you put most of your energy into comes true - not only what you think about, but also what is hidden in your subconscious. You may object that you also give a lot of energy to desires, but they do not come true. My experience says that when you want something very badly, you usually radiate only such an image that speaks of what you don't have, what you lack. And the mirror reflects only what it sees, which means it returns even greater lack.

And precisely for this reason, everything begins to come true only after we let go of our desires and seem to forget them. And after a while, we realize that we already have what we once dreamed of, but didn't get and had forgotten. Does this happen often? It really happened to me more than once.

If you have read a lot of literature, you know well how the law of attraction works, and how to correctly formulate your wishes, and that you need to think as if you already have what you desire. However, secretly try to follow those thoughts of yours that are very hidden and the emotions that come up when you say all this. Don't you feel as if there is restlessness, discomfort, or as if something is struggling, resisting inside? Or, for five days everything is fine, you are absolutely sure that everything is fine, and then on the sixth day sadness sets in, or worse, something bad happens and the next week you are sure that nothing good will happen again?

Or maybe you are sure of everything and know that the results will be great, but somewhere deep inside, a small voice keeps buzzing in your ear that all this is nonsense. Even if you don't hear that voice or you try to silence it with loud music, it is your subconscious that is speaking, in which the old rusty beliefs, still brought from parents and grandparents, are deeply engraved. So, even if you can't hear it, the Universe does and is not disturbed by any other noises. And then the Universe has to choose, and of course, it chooses as a priority what you have thought of the most in your lifetime.

So, what can we do so that what we desire comes true, and not the other way around?

Make up your mind so that your wish is already fulfilled, it just hangs in the higher layers of the Universe and gradually materializes, takes shape and smell. It has to turn from the invisible, which the Universe shares, into the visible and tangible, which we want to receive, so the process takes time. Just as you know that your car is already being painted in your favorite color at the paint shop, so do you know the other details of the process? Be aware.

And as soon as questions start creeping in, don't try to hide them and put them in a corner or turn on music so you don't hear them. Do it the other way around, bring all those thoughts out into the light of day, examine them, make sure they're not that big, and then say "thank you" to them. Thank you for wishing you well and trying to warn you about other possible options. But say that now that you already know and have thought it through, you still choose the other, your original option. And the fact that you know that everything will turn out the way you want, even if there is an unexpected turn somewhere, is only more interesting, because usually the path that seems to be the most difficult leads to a place faster than others.

The most important thing is not to hide anything from yourself or others. No one has 100% self-confidence, but strong belief and intention do a lot of work in our minds. You don't need to live in euphoria and work hard with wishes as if you were preparing for an exam. After all, everything will be as it should be.

Let it go.

Living authentically and intentionally, striving for what we want with integrity, and having faith in the outcomes that we seek, are key to avoiding and overcoming the apparent obstacles or fears that seek to waylay us. Seeing the value in ourselves and honoring that value is important. If we do these things then despite any fear, rational or otherwise, we are positioning ourselves to enable God to move in our lives. The focus shifts away from not feeling worthy of our requests to feeling blessed that we are valued human beings. !LUV !ALIVE

I think holding on to clarity during the whole process is also vital. Doubts and related emotions usually give out unintended consequences. The more we're aware of the whole process, the more we will be able to guide it to our desired outcome. Great and insightful post :)

Your check is not right, I have never used any AI, I even do not know how to do it and what tools to use, but it seems you know and probably use it? You truly confused me with your check. Are people using AI for writing here? Is this legit? All I do I check plagiarism and some gramar check as my native language is not English. That's all. I never heard about AI check.

If you think it helps to make you look better by switching the focus on me using AI , then go ahead

You have not what to do? You found a word "interesting" and you accuse me. Go and educate yourself better, I trust my inteligence to write by my own. If you thnk to write such an easy text I need AI then think again, you better put efforts and time to your texts and improve yourself. Anyway, thanks for letting to know me that here are such morons online who truly use AI to generate texts. I thought we intended to share our experience here not to manipulate. But you have a lot of free time, going throught texts and checking them. Wow. You understand that you offended me with such accusations? Or you truly so trust these AI so much to become so bold to accuse people. Actually, writing is my ordinary job, and I will write many more articles on the topics of self-esteem, self development and human psychology. Success to check them too. But I still know that I write my texts myself.

You intrigued me and confused. So I searched online for AI detector. Of course, it's free, I do not intend to pay for such shit. But after checking, I got that it's a human text. So? Which one of checkers we have to trust now?

And I checked all text, not just 250 characters as you. I may make gramar mistakes, but I never used any AI till now.

wordtune will produce this effect too, and have seen other writers called out through their innocent overuse of these available apps. My only suggestion to avoid any confusion is to be transparent in all your posts about your use of tools to produce them. Might I suggest that you instead write in your native tongue and translate your posts using Deepl instead? This way, by writing a bilingual post, you can appeal to a wider audience and use a more acceptable approach on Hive. You can then feel free to tweak the translation if you feel you can improve upon it but simply state eg: "original text translated using Deepl and then refined by me" at the bottom of each post. I don't suggest this to discount anything that you are doing or to disparage, only to suggest a means to negate what could become an unnecessary issue for you on Hive, if your writing is indeed original work. Having one's work assessed as AI-generated will not bode well for a writer and I would hate for you to fall victim unnecessarily to the checkers 🤗hi Madeirane, I was curious reading this exchange between you and @livinguktaiwan, who is an excellent curator on Hive and a well-respected member of the Hive community. I went ahead and did my own research using contentscale.ai. It produced an output suggesting that the text was part AI and part human generated. So, yes, the outputs vary depending on which checker is used, but there is still the suggestion that part of the content is not original human input. I have a suspicion that your use, as a non-English language writer, of grammar and other checking tools, may be producing outputs that reflect as AI. I know that apps such as

Having said this, I am a Dreemport ambassador and first came across your name in an HHYM post that showcased your intro post. We are running a collaboration in July for new Hivers and I was wondering if you would like to take part and be in with a chance to win some great prizes and delegations which could help to launch your Hive journey. It should be a fun month with many new Hivers taking part. Your work would need to pass AI and plagiarism checks which I am sure it can if you adapt your approach. I hope you find this advice helpful.
