Depression sucks! And it is the depression speaking that nobody cares about you.
I know that is not helpful when you feel that way - but let your smart mind tell your subconscious that people do care.
And maybe even the cat at your feet does care!
Hope you will keep writing. You can always do a write a novel in October month :)
Btw. you are the only one that knew what noodling is. But I don't blame the non Americans to not know what it is. It is such a weird sport! Well, sport is giving it a lofty name.

Ha! I looked up what noodling was. I'll do that when I don't know the word. I at first thought it was going to be like doodling, but that was not the case. 🙃
