It is ever an antidote for a better life. It is living with fear, conscience and mean to everyone that you meet in life and those that you don't even know. I mean even to total strangers. You have to be sure that you are doing well in life and you have to make sure that others are doing well. Alongside you.
The people that help others who don't even need help, or who don't have anyone to help them ends up having enough help to go around in your life. Then people that don't even care about others, they are left stranded at a time when they need good help us to actually help them. That'll be any problem that they are in.
