I hope everything is going well n good in your life's and I'm also spending my time great, today I decided to share my thoughts on something special topic in front of you guys that is beneficial for everyone all over the world and you can say its quite an interesting topic too. The topic is about the morning walk and why should we walk in morning on a daily basis, what are its benefits?
Morning walk is basically essential for our health, it is very much important for the people at the age above 40 because when a person cross the age of 40 then they starts moving to get older and older day by day so, its really much important for them and it just maintain them bodily fit and mentally active. Morning walk is generally good for your heart and it reduces the risk of diabetes. Most of the people I've seen that they walk in evening, its good but I recommend to walk in the morning at the timing of 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. It is the best time for a intense walk.
One of the most important benefit of morning walk is that it just boost your energy whole the day and it build your stamina. How much you walk your stamina will increase and increase. You know when a person walk in the starting of his day then the whole day he will feel energetic and active. Morning walk is basically a good exercise, when you walk daily one hour approximately then the whole day your exercise is done and you will do your work in office or at home much easily and fast. With all of the above benefits, you can also enjoy the fresh air and the nature too in the morning walk.
I think if a person at any age starts his day with the walk then the whole day he will have a good mood and then that person will not feel lazy the whole day. In my eyes you will be more creative when you walk in the morning because it builds your creativity and also your confidence level. I've noticed many people at the age of 55 to 60 when they start morning walk then they feel fresh and active but the same people at the same age without doing any exercise they just feel lazy and most of them become ill, most of them face health issues.
A simple morning walk can maintain your blood pressure level and it improves the blood circulation in your body. If someone is bodily unfit and have a lot of fat in his body I recommend that guy to start morning walk because you can burn your belly fat. One thing I wanna say that when you finishes your walk and come to home then eat a good breakfast like you can eat eggs, yogurt, milk, chicken etc.
I've seen many people they spend their a lot of money on machines like treadmill and they start walking and jogging in that treadmill, I think against it because the walk outdoor is better than the walk on treadmill. I think when a person start morning walk then his brain will work more creatively and it also boost your brain functions. As I told you before that walking is good for those who wants to lose their weight, In a research it was said that when a person walks 45 minutes then he can burn up to 140 calories each day.
At last I wanna say that if you guys have not started going on a morning walk then start from tomorrow, first walk for 5 minutes then increase it week by week I'm sure you will be able to achieve your goal. So come on..
