When I was on the cruise ship my granddaughter wanted a grilled cheese sandwich, the bread was as big as the plate and the cheese was thick and gooey, when she took a bite it stretched from her mouth to the sandwich, she had to take her fingers and break the stream of cheese. She could not eat the entire thing.
My husband saw a recipe for this sandwich and thought it would be good. It was the best sandwich and the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. The best because it was sweet and the worst because it was too sweet. I think he fried an egg and some bacon, the bread was french toast rolled in syrup and then rolled in a child's sweet cereal.
