@babygirl888, I am so sorry you were bullied. I was bullied in high school, so I understand how you felt.

Is there someone you could ask what the yellow ointment was called? I ask this because when I was young, my hair fell out and a beautician told my Mom to get something called Hot Mustard something and rub it on my head every day or more times a day, I do not recall which it was.

My hair came back very thick and like yours, but unlike you, no one bullied me over it. Mom passed, and it always bothered her that she could not remember its name. It sounds as if the oinment your Mother put on your hair could be the same since it was yellow.
