Deserted streets, footprints on the sidewalk,
nights of hugs, memories that flood me.
Together we wove a sweet belonging,
an eternal bond that still abounds in my soul.
Your brown eyes, lights that illuminated,
to the last corner of my feelings.
Your essence remained, although absent,
subtle magic, endless memory.
You could see beyond the obvious,
finding in me forgotten treasures.
You showed me naked, innocent soul,
like immaculate snow, without sin.
It was no wonder your way of enchanting,
your mischievous smile, a reflection of mine.
Your genuine being, singular memory,
despite time, your soul guides me.
I wonder where you are now,
what will you think when you see me, after so many moons.
You will contemplate a person who longs,
the one who remembers you, in the mist.

Calles desiertas, huellas en la vereda,
noches de abrazos, recuerdos que me inundan.
Juntos tejimos la dulce pertenencia,
un lazo eterno que en mi alma aún abundan.
Tus ojos de café, luceros que alumbraban,
hasta el último rincón de mi sentir.
Tu esencia quedaba, aunque ausente,
magia sutil, recuerdo sin fin.
Podías ver más allá de lo evidente,
encontrando en mí tesoros olvidados.
Me mostrabas desnuda, alma inocente,
cual nieve inmaculada, sin pecados.
No era de extrañar tu forma de encantar,
tu sonrisa traviesa, reflejo de la mía.
