Weirdly they had the same shoe size, even though that was not the reason they became close friends.
BigFoot had been isolated from others for her appearance but Cindy (that’s BigFoot’s nickname for Cinderella) had always been kind, easy to talk to and fun to be around. They secretly hang out since they were kids during the rare hour of the day that Cinderella went into the deep forest to collect woods. They would chase each other or chase butterflies, share lunch, gather woods and talk. BigFoot always wanted to help so Cindy could spend some fun time with her. It had been years since they were friends and nobody in the village knows.
BigFoot was a shoe addict. Lots of her free hours were spent on making and shopping for new shoes. She had a huge closet of shoes in her tree house. On the night of the royal dance, BigFoot lent Cindy her precious crystal Glass Slipper. Those were gift from BigFoot’s mama when she turned 16. BigFoot of course kept great care of the pair. She knew Cindy adored this pair and they would go perfectly well with her dress. Knowing Cindy wouldn’t have nice shoes to wear to the ball dance, BigFoot happily let Cindy borrow them for the night. As said, they had the same shoe size and this was the least a close friend could do for her friend in such a special event. Cindy promised to take good care of them.
BUT….
Cindy felt terribly guilty for losing one shoe running out of the ball dance at midnight because she lost track of time. "People lose track of time when they are in love" - Cindy never believed in this until last night. Cindy knew BigFoot would be mad at her for being careless and almost reveal herself. She did not want to wake up this morning, to face her friend and tell her about the lost shoe. But she could not hide, she had to tell the truth and ask for forgiveness.
“You’ve what? Lost one of the slipper? How could you? Grr...Arr... I’m coming back to the palace to get it back today.” BigFoot kept pacing back & forth while Cindy sat in silence, not wanting to make her friend angrier - That girl is fearless when anger hits.
That day passed by slowly…
A grin on her face the next day when they saw each other in the forest. Cindy wondered what was up with this girl. She did not have to wait long till BigFoot started talking: “Guess what, I think we’re in luck. I went to the palace and overheard the prince yesterday. Apparently, he’s in love with the girl whom he shared the last dance with that night and wants to find her and ask her to be his wife. Talking about love at first sight for both of you!”
She smiled a big smile and her eyes brightened up so much that Cindy had to laugh. Cindy was worried the whole day about losing her friend for her mistake, about not being able to see the prince again and hearing this just brings her relief and joy.
“So you’re not mad at me any longer?” Cindy asked reluctantly.
“Of course, I’m still mad at you, until you make me that delicious apple pie you promised me last time, and maybe a foot massage afterwards” BigFoot said matter of factly. “I am so please the prince loves you, he can keep the shoe safe for now to find who can fit in it – you. And you can then give the pair back to me and go on and be happy with your prince. Don’t ever mention anything about them being mine, I’m not having a slightest interest in him”
Cindy knew that because Big Foot was engaged last month with her sweet fiancé who adores her. Now she felt excitement inside her because she still had a close friend and would probably be able to meet with her dreamy and charming prince who is searching for her. Luck finally visited her in full force!
The fitting went somewhat smoothly (as in the original story with her step mother and sisters’ interference). Cinderella saw BigFoot peeking in from the window. She thanked her friend silently but kept the secret from the prince as they discussed.
Shortly after, Cindy got married to the prince. She understood and did not take for granted the love and the chance to be with him. So, she continued to develop herself to be a strong, healthy, attractive, wise and kind lady. She learned all she could about building up a strong and healthy marriage to true love. She learned the five love languages, practice her EQ skills, loving kindness, loving speech, self-care and self-love and shows appreciation for the prince and her marriage and all the blessings she had in life.
And they all lived happily ever after. 👠👡👢👞👟👣💃
Later on, Cindy and her prince invited BigFoot and her husband to the palace and they always had a blast during these double dates. They always cherished the friendship and did not forget to spend time with their friend even after marriage.

That's interesting story. It's great that finally BitFoot and Cindy both have happy life and keep their friendship. Are you Bigfoot or Cindy?
Haha, let just say I'll be in another story. I have nothing to do with a shoe addict :))))
