What do you think is the alternative here? The way things are shaping up, a multi-polar world with multi power armies across the regions is becoming very obvious. The NATO security umbrella is not there any more.

I don't see any other alternative; I'm just critical of the way they're doing it. This has been coming for a long time; it's unbelievable that we have to go to this extreme to realize it.
I get the point. May be the whole world was still hoping to get the system based structured American leadership. Instead, Trump won the election and implementing policies based on his own erratic (?) views. Not sure how this will impact the US and the whole globe but there is one certain thing- a chaotic and multipolar world where defense is a number one priority. Globalism is done.
