WORDS CAN TELL A STORY; A BOOK HOLDS EVERYTHING.

Each book holds a different story to discern, may it be anything that the author wanted to speak within their soul.

Hello there my lovely readers, it’s me again @stoicdeath. How have you been these past few days? Are you well? Or there may be many things going on at the moment. I hope you’ll get through it sooner.

I have always been in love with books; it fascinates me how some people have this kind of majestic world in their minds that they can able to write it down for the audience to visualize. The words that they crafted to create such a wonderful piece.

Books have the power to bring you to other worlds that you have never seen in your entire life. I have a very vivid imagination, and yes, books can snatch me into their world. How can a book take me to Switzerland while I am just in my bed lying down?

As a person who loves to read, there are times you feel so attached to the book and its characters. You feel this melancholy that wraps you the moment you realize that the book you read has only a few pages left until it's done and suddenly you don't want to finish it cause it also means you have to let go of it. You have to live with your reality again and not with the book, and for me, it's kinda sad. If ever given a chance to read the book again like the first time, I'd be happy to do it.

Books have the power to silence all of the noises from anyone bringing any sound. It's one of the things I do when I am in public places and have to wait for something, I carry a book all the time. It's my weapon to silence the crowd, and the moment I started reading, everything seemed to quiet down.

I started reading books when I was like 12 years old, my sister's love for books influenced me so muchh to the point I started loving it. If anyone asks why I get so addicted to reading books, she would be the evidence of this crime, LOL.

The first book I read was titled Forever: A Part of Me; it left a stain on my whole being. I can still recall how my 12 years old me cried so much to that book. I was crying for hours at that time. I was still a kid, but I felt my heart broken by it. It was very heart-wrenching. After that, I started delving into books more hoping to read different stories by different authors.

Now, in my nineteen, I am more into the thrill and mystery genre. It gives me chills when I can't predict the plot, sounds a bit absurd and I also feel like I am the detective while reading the book, trying to connect all the evidence to catch the culprit. But even so, I find myself reading into the romance genre, knowing we will never have that type of relationship in real life, cause there is no such thing.

Henceforth, I always find myself visiting libraries as it brings me joy to stroll and read. It is calm, and everyone you meet there is also busy finding their cup of books, and then suddenly I feel like I am part of something beautiful.
