Today I'm writing about a topic I named THE MIRROR... Wondering what this is all about? Read and enjoy...
The mirror part 1
I looked around,
Guess what I see?
I can see a lot of mirrors in my surroundings,
Who'd have thought, who'd have imagined?
A mirror only sees other things,
It sees the good and bad in things,
But wait, can a mirror see itself??
No, an impossibility can never be possible,
A mirror can't see the faults in itself,
Talk more of seeing the adorable parts of itself,
Don't be a mirror!
Don't be a mirror!!!
The poem above is talking about some people who don't mind their own business, i.e they are most concerned about other people's progress; they check for faults in others, count someone else's achievements but never get time to concentrate on their own lives.
A person who behaves like such usually ends up achieving nothing in life because the little time he has on earth is used mainly to criticize other people.
Moreover, you see people like that as a friend and he'd also pretend to be your friend but he is so jealous of your living and if he has the capacity and the capability to block your means of livelihood, he can go extra mile to achieve that feat..
And so,
Don't be a mirror!!
Be you!! Do you!!
Don't be jealous of other people's achievement or progress.
**You can be who you want to be only and only if you concentrate on your life, do the rightful and the needful at the right time...
