Heart that Hurts

I think you know that having your heart broken is equal to having a physical pain. Have you ever felt it? Not just broken heart but also depression or deep sadness and much more negativity can cause this heavy emotional pain.

As we age, we become the master of our emotions. However, sometimes circumstances of your actions in certain things affected your emotional state. Likewise, there are people who will keep pushing and pulling you down.

No amount of time and numbers of self- help books can save yourself if you don't take actions to be cautious. Noticed that certain behaviour of a person can tell you if they're just trying to play you.

Toxicity and Negativity to Avoid

  1. Fake friends
  2. Users / time- waster
  3. Energy vampire, etc

Suggested Measures
Do not seek closures. If someone stop communicating, move on and ignore them.
Make sure you find a hobby or something to fill your time.
Feel good helping others when you can.
Do not keep over thinking things.
Let yourself be sad for a moment but move afterwards.
Practice self-love and look in the mirror saying you're one bad ass.

Surely, if you take care and love yourself first then you'll attract what you rightfully deserve.
