Far from being "trendy"

I'm sorry, but unless you live in a bubble, I think that at this stage of the movie there is little to be expected regarding BITCOIN in the short term.
For someone who has already lived through several Bull markets, it is difficult not to make comparisons with history, simply what is happening in this last cycle is nothing like what we experienced in the previous ones... today the "rhyme" seems to have been lost.
There are almost no developments nor "revolutionary" news and, yes, the shock of scarcity due to the HALVING cut in BITCOIN should already be noticeable, don't you think?
Instead, what we have had is a rise fueled by the famous ETFs with a peak due to the expectations created by the new TRUMP administration followed by a period of lethargy that has already lasted more than 2 months in range and in which, it does not seem that RETAIL shows any kind of FOMO as in the past.
It is enough to take a look at the GOOGLE TREND with the term "BITCOIN" and, on the other hand, "GOLD" to realize the loss of "momentum" in which we are...

I am not going to talk about ETH here, its situation is dramatic at this point but, really, what is missing in this cycle are the developments.
That MEMES are more trendy topics than BITCOIN itself is not a very good sign in my opinion, the public seems to care little about the values that were important a few years ago, decentralization, free-speech, autonomy, self-custody...etc... all of them seem to have become obsolete compared to the values of getting rich quickly at any cost...
I hope I'm wrong and that we still have a lot of joy left before entering another bear period but, really, I don't feel either the euphoria or the nervousness in the street that would indicate to me that this is going to happen soon...in any case, I've done my homework...

Well, I pressume that is because people need to work more to get less. They don't have the emotional freedom the used to and take risks. That adding to the continous crypto scams made this kind of stuff a no go for many, which is a shame.

exactly

Que desánimo con este mundo cripto, yo compré unos satoshis cuando estaba en 79mil el Btc, ahí voy ganando algo pero yo esperaba que subiera a 250.
Definitivamente por ese lado no va venir mi jubilación! 😂
Que puedes decir del XRP? He oído buenas noticias sobre esa cripto.

We will get our Bullrun 2.0 Eddie. Don’t worry. FUD will clear and Bitcoin will follow Gold to new ATHs. 150-200k is still my target zone for this year.

I tend to agree, however, we are missing the "catalyst"

Hmm, interesting long term comparison between gold and BTC. But what are those? Google search trends?

I think it will take a lot more time. Gold has been around for a long time and there are alot of people invested in it. At the same time, gold has been making some new ATHs. BTC just doesn't seem to move that much and unless we are making new ATHs, I don't think it makes the news as much.

This time we didn't see things happening like before and the trust of people this time was on MemeCoin and they wanted us to come out with profit but still many people are stuck.

Yea bitcoin is being quite stable recently
