That treadmill accused you? If you ask me it should be the other way round.
Do you need more injections? It might take way longer than expected but it will cure if you take that rest. Winters will not make that easier.
If it comes to stomachs... mine has never been flat.

Good morning! I look at that treadmill across from my recliner and it mocks me :) lol
For the most part, the foot is ok. It swells after an extended period of walking.
I may end up visiting the podiatrist this summer if it will not calm down. I have learned that tendons are fussy.
