The hardfork for v5.2.0.0 (and above) has just happened! It fixes new solo crunchers having their pending rewards being reset to zero constantly. It happened on block 219700 today, March 15th, at 00:42:40 UTC.
Q: If I'm a new solo cruncher what happens now
You should now stop seeing your pending rewards being reset, and if you didn't stake before the hardfork, you'll get backpay when you stake next!
Q: I didn't upgrade to v5.2.0.0 or greater before that point, what do I do?
First, upgrade to the latest version by shutting down the wallet and then running the new version's installer. Your wallet will have forked if it was running. You can fix this by either using a snapshot (File -> Snapshot) or syncing from block zero

Shutdown the wallet if it's running. Go to your data directory and delete the accrual folder, the txlevldb folder, blk001.dat, and blk002.dat
