Sueños Perdidos

Soñar era un lujo,
un lujo que no me podía permitir
toda la esperanza podía morir.
Morir sin tapujos.

Buscaste soluciones, en cada rincón,
buscaste amor, emoción.
Buscaste la risa, la fe
eso que nunca en ti hallé.

Pero el miedo fue mayor,
y poco a poco la vela en tu interior apagó.
Ahora solo esperas en el rincón
soñando que sueñas, pero sin emoción.

Lost Dreams

Dreaming was a luxury,
a luxury I could not afford
all hope could die.
To die without any concealment.

You looked for solutions, in every corner,
you searched for love, for emotion.
You looked for laughter, faith
that which I never found in you.

But fear was greater,
and little by little the candle inside you extinguished.
Now you only wait in the corner
dreaming that you dream, but without emotion.
