I love this poem, I think that's the key to everything, when I visited a friend a year ago everywhere he had that phrase, I am enough, it's like a motto for him, at first I did not understand it, but with the passing of the days and the experiences of life I understood everything perfectly, by the way very nice photo, greetings ♥

Often, it is us who hold ourselves back from being happy. As a fellow introvert, I can understand. Not everyone is born with self-love and it can be difficult to love yourself. This is something I am currently struggling, but I am slowly getting stronger everyday.
