On the side of the road, my dream was cut short,
the one I made with you, when I wanted to be your mistress.
Under the sky that sighs, between shadows and sparkles,
I lost myself among illusions, and a heartbeat of sparkles.
Following butterflies, with wings of a thousand colours,
a whisper among the flowers, spoke to me of love.
But the wind, treacherous, carried away my hope,
and in the echo of my footsteps, only longing remains.
Your laughter in my memories, is a siren's song,
a lighthouse that no longer shines, among my nights so full.
The paths we dream of, fork like rivers,
and in a twist of fate, I fell into cold seas.
On the side of the road, echoes overshadow me,
where one day I dreamed of you, today my heart is astonished.
A poem exposed in a sorrowful tone.
Broken hearted if I may say.
But how come the wind of treachery tear you apart?
