In this worldly life
day to day life is a veil,
we often find ourselves
between shadows and glimmers.
What happens to us
is an echo in the mist,
a subtle whisper
that accumulates in the soul.
We walk aimlessly,
with questions in our minds,
we stretch dreams of gold,
though time does not consent.
Many things happen to us,
sometimes real,
lost in labyrinths,
between loves and evils.
The kisses we didn't give, the
the words we kept silent,
the laughter that drowns,
in moments we forget.
The doors that close,
the opportunities,
the furtive sighs
that mark loneliness.
We look for answers
in the corner of the sunset,
between comics and verses,
in the love that is an embrace.
But we don't know
what happens to us, what touches us,
a swaying of emotions
that the soul unleashes.
