Take care of boat you took with you
You left in memories of the old crew
Remembering the bond between you
May your grief subside
May your heartache ease out
Anytime you feel like visiting the ship
The place where your heart lies
The new crew will be there to welcome
With open arms are wet eyes
Not because of the grief of your departure
But because of the grief of the knowledge you don't find joy here
May your sail in the unknown waters be safe
May your sail in the boat be as adventurous as it once was on the ship
Oh captain my captain
May you have a bright tomorrow

A veces las personas se van y dejan lo que hicieron, y eso es suficiente para servirnos de guía, de ejemplo. Cuando hablamos de capitán, hablamos de barco, pero también de tripulación. Por lo visto esa tripulación va a extrañar al capitán: porque las personas se pueden ir pero permanecen los recuerdos. Gracias por compartir
This is actually very well written. A lot of poems are made like people are forcing a rhyme and ends up not making any sense but yours is written well enough to be able to tell a good story with each stanza. Thank you for sharing this with us.
