Fade Out.

I wish I could

I wish I could go back

When adults were adults

And the children were children

My only worry was that they wouldn't catch me,

playing hide and seek.

My body was not a problem

When love was mom's,

and laughter filled the voids.

Loneliness was so far away

Dad smiled at me

And school was an ugly place

when I was going to sleep

dreaming of the little angels.

A poem full of nostalgia, in which the fear of growing up, or leaving behind what has been lived, is evident. Greetings

This poem is really nice because it makes me think about how things were simpler in the past. It reminds me of when I was a kid and didn't have many worries.

This feeling takes me back in time.
