Next, I share with you this original poem in this great community as it is Blockchain Poets, this one is named Monagas, this poem is very recent, I wrote it a few days ago while we are still recovering my website, the inspiration to write it in particular is because I had the great need to write something to my birthplace, I have written about other places and states of my country Venezuela but not of my own state, I saw the statue that you are seeing in the first image and it helped me a lot when it came to enlighten and excite me so to speak, to be able to write this great writing and well from there the inspiration to this poem, as always I look forward to your comments, of course you like it very much.

Monagas tierra de llanuras y mucho sol,
Con tus ríos serpenteantes,
Además de esos campos verdosos,
Son el abrazo de la naturaleza.

Bajo la mirada de Juana Ramírez,
Ese majestuoso cielo que se despliega sin fin,
Al canto del gavilán,
Anuncian la vida en el oriente de Venezuela.
En tu suelo se siembran esperanzas y sueños,
Y en tu gente se forjan corazones de acero,
Tierra de tradiciones y costumbres,
Eres el reflejo de un pueblo que no se rinde.
Desde el Amana hasta el Guarapiche,
Tu belleza se derrama sin cesar,
Monagas, tierra mía, siempre presente,
En mi corazón late un amor sin igual.
