As I am about to compose another poem, I notice that you just posted this one, so I thought I would have a look before beginning to write... I enjoyed reading it, especially the passage that goes: a love prison of my own creation, a cage of my design, a present of no existence, which, FAR from me saying you plagiarized, reminded me of a song I loved, Unhappy Girl, by The Doors, in which Jim Morisson wrote: you are locked in a prison fo your own device.... If you would like to hear the reference, would you not be familiar with it already, you can find the song on their Strange Days album. Thank you for letting me remind myself of this, as I haven't listened to that song in many years. Aside from this passage drawing me to the land of memories, I must not neglect to mention how I appreciate your style of prose and use of a different image for each stanza as visual summary of what was just depicted in words. This is the first piece of yours I get to read, and it definitely will not be the last!
