This makes me wonder, along with all the others of your poems that I have read, if your ability to collapse as you describe, to connect to the earth so fully you bodily connect to it, is possible because you can also feel the tangles and the aches. So many of us live in blah land, extol the living in blah land, because we have become numb to the tangles and the aches. We, thus, are unable to collapse into the earth, to connect. You live, by feeling, more fully than most of us.
