When sleepless nights run the strikes
The dreadful sunrays suffocate the lunges
The soft touches of wind starts to poison the skin
I try to look away, hoping to find a shelter
In the depth of the darkness of the eyelids
Before the raging storm run its full course to vaporized the last bit of existence
But the voices declare the triumph
The words sharpen the winning chants
Instead of bringing the peace, melodies invite the headache
Never missing the party, nor pushing down the annoyance
And I think to myself,
What a fucking wonderful world.

The poem didn't really portrayed any optimistic outlook, its more like how dreadful life can be.
I love this part, because in spite of everything, life is only one and you have to try to live.
