Aloah! Aloah! We are all fine, Eliott turned 4 few days ago, full of energy and never stop talking! My teen is... a teen, sleeping, sleeping, gaming...! On my side I'm full into massages, treatments and teaching workshops. How about you dear ?
Making that shift away from ego is everything. That's how I get myself to exercise. (by not thinking about what I can't do or used to be able to do) I love this piece as a reflection on how we can be present for ourselves.

Well said as usual, kinda makes me jealous because I can't find that raw freedom. I seem to grow and then all that growth dies and I end up back in the same locked down mindset.
Perhaps at the core of my pain really is a desire for control. Hmmmm....
