Only sparking from Italy I've ever tried is various Prosecco and Lambrusco. Sounds like the 2016 is traditional method, any idea how long they did tirage? They don't sell it here, but probably amazing. I love finding out about new bubbles :)

In the case of the Classic Method Kori of Cincinnato the tirage is about 48 months (degorgement 2021) while for the Rosè I think it is approximately 18/24 months (no degorgement in the label).
Unfortunately these are small productions (but abroad you can find important Italian Classic Method like Franciacorta and Trento) so it is difficult to taste them outside of Italy but... hopefully things will get better in the future!
