Vegetable sauce have been saving the day ever since for me, it is a meal I can easily rush to prepare when I feel am out of options, it is one of the easiest and delicious sauce to make. It is not time tasking too and the amazing thing is that it can be eaten with anything Rica , yam , swallow just name it just stay glued and follow the process of preparing it
INGREDIENTS
*Groundnut oil
*Meat/fish/chicken/turkey/
Onion
Pepper
Tomatoes
Ginger
Garlic
Seasonings/spices
Salt
Pumpkin leaf
Procedures
STEP 1:pour your groundnut oil in your frying pan and add onion, allow the onion to cook for a little while
STEP 2:then add your grounded ginger and garlic and stir very well
STEP 3: add your pepper mix, which consist of your blended tomatoes, pepper and onion, cook it well till it is well fried
STEP 4: add your spices, seasonings. And salt to taste and stir for a while.
STEP 5:add meat/fish or anyone you have available and a little of your meat or fish stock, give it a good stir and cover your pot and allow it cook for about 5 mins
STEP 6: then add in your pumpkin vegetable and stir . Your vegetable sauce is ready,
