RE: Is alcohol or wine decreasing immunity power?

in Quello4 years ago

Well I wouldn't say 'no it doesn't as well as 'yes it does' that easy :)

Many things can influence this, from your genes and behaivoral patterns ( from childhood days till today), enviroment, friends... to more simple ones like quality of alchohol you consume and quantity tied with how you do other things in your life ( eating and excersising).

I'd agree a glass of good quality alchohol from time to time ain't gonna do harm to your body, and can actually do good. Even on everyday scale of things, glass of good wine could be helpful.

Also, have in mind that essentialy acholol behives as a toxin for our brains, and best approach would be not to use it at all... or use ocasionally and only the highest quality forms of it.

But, it's up to you to give yourself honest answers how, when, and why you do it and act accordingly, we cannot read the beans here ;)

My advice, read/listen a bit about the topic. Learn the basics and then build your approach on top of that.
