Desde que inició este proyecto hemos pensado, primero que nada, en expandir la visión de la web3 de Hive a la población que la desconoce. Para ello, elaboramos un plan visionario en el que la rentabilidad y factibilidad de nuestras actividades lograra, como objetivo primordial, un impacto duradero y constante. El proceso, sin embargo, ha sido complejo. Bajo la virtud de la descentralización y la participación que ofrece nuestro ecosistema, nos esforzamos cada día más para ampliar esa difusión, esta vez, con una iniciativa que englobe no solo a la comunidad de Hivers de Monagas, sino que también a la de Venezuela.
Deseamos que las actividades impulsadas desde esta región del país resalten los buenos valores de Hive Venezuela y a su vez, de Hive. Para ello nos hemos dado la tarea de crear espacios en los que esta interacción entre Hivers siga aumentando, para exponer las maravillas que ofrece nuestra Blockchain a las personas que la desconocen. Sabemos que acá hay mucho talento y que dicho talento puede alentar a las personas a sumarse. De hecho, ya estamos trabajando en ello y en base a esto, el programa radial “Hive en la Radio” ha dado buenos indicios de una conexión exponencial entre aquellos que no conocen nuestro ecosistema con los talentos que forman parte de ella.
Since the beginning of this project we have thought, first of all, to expand the vision of Hive's web3 to the population that does not know it. To this end, we developed a visionary plan in which the profitability and feasibility of our activities would achieve, as a primary objective, a lasting and constant impact. The process, however, has been complex. Under the virtue of decentralization and participation offered by our ecosystem, we strive every day to expand this dissemination, this time, with an initiative that encompasses not only the community of Hivers of Monagas, but also Venezuela.
We want the activities promoted from this region of the country to highlight the good values of Hive Venezuela and in turn, of Hive. For this we have given ourselves the task of creating spaces in which this interaction between Hivers continues to increase, to expose the wonders that our Blockchain offers to people who do not know it. We know that there is a lot of talent here and that this talent can encourage people to join us. In fact, we are already working on it and based on this, the radio program "Hive on the Radio" has given good indications of an exponential connection between those who do not know our ecosystem with the talents that are part of it.
Hive en la Radio es un programa radial de alcance mundial, usted puede escucharlo desde donde se encuentre a través de la página web Dialis.com. El enfoque de este es la difusión de Hive pero, con una estrategia diferente: queremos que las personas conozcan nuestro ecosistema mediante el talento de sus Hivers. En este espacio radial se habla de temas de interés escritos por autores dentro del ecosistema, además que se impulsa sus talentos musicales y artísticos.
En este sentido, hemos segmentado el programa en tres secciones, las cuales son:
- Educando ando con Hive: espacio dedicado a educar sobre Hive a los oyentes en general, para que se familiaricen con nuestra Blockchain y conozcan sus virtudes.
- De Hive Para el Mundo: En este segmento, dedicado al entretenimiento, se habla de temas de interés con contenidos publicados en Hive, con consulta previa a sus autores. Además, se transmiten las canciones de los artistas de nuestra Blockchain para darle un vigor mucho mayor al atractivo que tiene Hive para los artistas.
- Aquí entre Hivers: es la última sección del programa, en la que se entrevista a Hivers sobre un tema de interés. Los testimonios reales ayudan a las personas a entender el mensaje y aumentar sus ganas de sumarse a la web3 de Hive.
Hive on the Radio is a worldwide radio program, you can listen to it from wherever you are through the website Dialis.com. The focus of this program is the diffusion of Hive, but with a different strategy: we want people to know our ecosystem through the talent of its Hivers. In this radio space we talk about topics of interest written by authors within the ecosystem, in addition to promoting their musical and artistic talents.
In this sense, we have segmented the program into three sections, which are:

En nuestra primera edición del programa tuvimos un gran alcance no solo en Monagas, sino que en otros estados del país y el mundo mediante el vial web Dialis.com. Durante la última semana hemos recibido mucha afluencia de personas que desean conocer más de Hive. A estas se les ha proporcionado un material de soporte para que amplíen sus conocimientos y se les ha guiado hacia los canales oficiales de Hive en Español. Suponemos que la cantidad de personas crecerá con el tiempo, y para ello ya estamos trabajando en alternativas que puedan servirle de apoyo en su proceso de descubrimiento sobre nuestra Blockchain.
El primer tema tratado en Hive en la Radio abordó el autismo. Para expandir la temática entrevistamos a una Hiver de gran trayectoria y reconocimiento, esta es @elizabeths14, la cual nos proporcionó un Post hermoso sobre su experiencia como madre en el mundo azul y su recorrido por Hive. Este lindo segmento abrió una conexión sin iguales entre los que no son Hivers y los que sí lo son. In our first edition of the program we had a great reach not only in Monagas, but also in other states of the country and the world through the web vial Dialis.com. La intención de esta actividad fue aclarar algunas dudas suscitadas sobre Hive Monagas, las cuales aclararemos de forma puntual para resumir lo abordado en dicho Space:
La figura de “Hive Monagas” es una marca descentralizada al igual que Hive. Todos formamos parte de este ecosistema Blockchain y todos tenemos la libertad de promocionarlo. Nuestro proyecto busca ampliar la participación e impulsar la descentralización, y para ello hemos creado la comunidad “Builders Hive Monagas”, para que estas ideas convivan y tengan una igualdad de oportunidades.
