here is what I see. Also when I went full screen I did not see a return to normal screen option, I may have just overlooked it though.
So I was only able to go full screen, or change the DM level.
Is this a screenshot of the whole page? If so which device are you using?
Also login method?
Pretty much, I was using hive keychain as log in, windows 7 pro as operating system, and on chrome and using peakd. I can show the whole screen shot that was most of it with just waste space removed.

I still have no method available when you go to full screen to drop back down other than to click the page back arrow and that closes out the chat window:
