In my experience working as a full-remote employee for almost a year at this point, we have tested many ways to have proper comms in our team of 13 people and We sort of settled on a method of communications which is mostly a weekly meetup where we express what we have been working on and what needs to get done, after our meeting someone does a TLDR of it and divides the discussed topics into actionable tasks for the team members to partake so that we do not have overlap and reduce resource waste as much as possible.
