If you are using a Raspberry Pi, I highly recommend replacing your SD card with the Samsung EVO+ if you have any concern about random I/O performance.
I went with that for the pi that runs my btc node. Don't really have much comparison though.
I read somewhere it's more important than the power supply which is the other accessory no one should cheap out on to try and save a couple dollars.
It is common to buy a 1-2A power supply and potentially have power issues. The Pi 4 now expects a 3.5A although unless you use accessories you won’t use anywhere near that.
The real problem is when you use a cheap power supply that isn’t what it is rated at.

I occasionally get low voltage warnings on my 2.5A cord that came with my Vilros kit. I bought CanaKit 3.5A cords and an in-line switch cord extension and that problem went away.
Thanks, from what I'm hearing, it's the low A that's the problem. So I guess a bad micro SD is far worse cause more variables.
