Could Iceland Be A Part Of A Sunken Continent?

in STEMGeeks3 years ago

Mainstream geology says that Iceland was created on a geological hot spot about 60 million years ago. But a rebel group of geologists came with an intriguing theory that it could be what's left of a continent they named Icelandia.

An ancient sunken continent - now where have we heard that before :) ... Could there be a stargate down there somewhere?!?!?!

Wow cool. I know I found that interesting- not that I've ever been to Iceland- but one day hopefully!

And can you imagine what they will find there when they do start exploring, cause it sounds like a pretty valid argument to me...not that I'm a geologist or anything....🤣
