Sounds familiar. We bought airplane tickets for our mothers, flew out of town and got married (at church!) in Las Vegas. Saved a lot of money and were able to buy a house before our first child was born.

Back in the days when that was a thing haha! So nice! We actually considered a Las Vegas thing until we realised just getting there would be extortionate. My first USA trip is gonna be a long one, a month or more including Las Vegas!

Most major train stations in Europe, according to an Italian who talked about it to us! But yeah it was only brief, all part of the adventure =D
